Terms of Use and Transactions

Welcome to F5P.gr! Please read the following terms of use and transactions carefully. By using and browsing our website or purchasing products through our online store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

F5P.gr reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will take effect and be binding from the moment they are published on our website. We recommend visiting this page regularly to stay informed about any updates. Continued use of the website after changes indicates your acceptance of these modifications.

2. Purchase Agreement

When placing an order in our online store, the process follows these steps:

  • Step 1: You select the products you wish to purchase, and they are added to your shopping cart.
  • Step 2: You fill in the necessary shipping and payment details.
  • Step 3: You will be given the opportunity to review all the details of your order, including products, prices (including VAT), shipping, and billing details, and make any necessary changes.
  • Step 4: By clicking the “Order” button, you make a binding offer to purchase the products. Your offer is accepted when the products are dispatched, and the contract is considered finalized at that point.

Important: Please note that once an order is placed, it is binding and cannot be canceled without explicit approval from us.

3. Return and Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with current consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, accompanied by proof of purchase and all included accessories.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a verified error by F5P.gr, such as the delivery of an incorrect or defective product.

  • In the case of an error on our part, we will provide a full refund and cover the return shipping costs.

Special Cases:

  • For claims regarding damaged or missing items upon delivery, a clear photographic record of the product and its packaging must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.
    Requests that are not supported by photographic evidence may not be approved, in line with our policy to prevent abusive return practices.

  • In cases of partial damage or loss of part of the product, the company reserves the right, where deemed appropriate, to issue a credit note or a voucher of equivalent or proportional value, instead of a full refund, provided that the remaining product is still suitable for use.

Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, please visit our website and complete the Product Return Form, following the provided instructions.
Once we receive and verify the returned items, we will process your refund within 21 days.

4. Transaction Security

We take your transaction security very seriously. F5P.gr works with Eurobank to securely process credit and debit card payments, offering one of the safest payment methods available.

  • When you proceed with a purchase, you will be automatically redirected to the secure Eurobank website, where you will enter your card details.
  • F5P.gr does not store or have access to your credit or debit card details.
  • We only receive confirmation from the bank regarding whether the transaction was successful or not.

Important: Your payment is fully secure, as all transactions are encrypted and protected by modern anti-fraud measures.

5. Product Warranty

All our products come with the manufacturer's warranty. In case of a problem with a product covered by warranty, please contact us for assistance. The warranty terms are in accordance with the Civil Code and the policies of the manufacturer.

6. Your Account

To make purchases or use certain services on F5P.gr, you may need to create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details (username, password).
  • You should inform us immediately if you suspect that your account details have been compromised or if someone else has accessed your account without your permission.
