Payment Methods
For deliveries via courier, Box Now, or transport companies:

  1. Payment by credit/debit card before order shipment
    You can pay for your order using a credit or debit card before the shipment of your products. Payment is made electronically through a secure connection using SSL/TLS encryption, ensuring the security of your transactions.

  2. Payment via bank transfer before order shipment
    You can pay for your order by transferring the payment amount to the following bank account:

Please include your order number in the transaction reference for faster processing. Once the transfer is made, please send the payment receipt to info@f5p.gr so we can confirm receipt and proceed with the shipment of your products.

  1. Payment via PayPal
    You can pay for your order securely using PayPal. You don't need to enter your credit card details, as long as you have a PayPal account.

  2. Payment in installments via credit card
    For orders over €100, we offer the option to pay in 2 installments using a credit card. This option is available for credit cards that support installment payments.

  3. Payment in installments via Klarna
    You can choose to pay using Klarna for amounts over €100, which allows you to split your payment into 2 installments. Klarna offers flexible payment options and management of your installments, providing security and ease in payment.

Tax Receipts

Upon receiving your products, you will receive the corresponding tax receipts, such as retail sales receipts, sales invoices, or delivery notes. If you have prepaid for your order using a credit card or Klarna, the bank or Klarna system will issue the corresponding receipt during the payment process.

Transaction Security

The security of your transactions is our priority. All payments are made through a secure connection using SSL/TLS encryption, protecting your information from unauthorized use. Your payment data is not stored by F5P but is transferred directly to the payment provider or Klarna.

Refund Policy

In the event of order cancellation or product return, refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the purchase. The processing time for the refund may vary depending on the bank or payment provider, but it is usually completed within 14 days.

Shipment Delay

If payment is made via bank transfer, Klarna, or another payment method, there may be delays in the shipment until we confirm receipt of payment. It is recommended to send the payment receipt immediately after the transfer for faster order processing.
