Shipping Methods and Costs - Order Delivery
1. For Attica
- Free delivery for orders worth €100 or more.
- For orders of lower value, the shipping cost is €5.00 per 3kg.
- For each additional kilogram, the charge is €1.20 per kg.
Delivery Times
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM from Monday to Friday are delivered the same day to the courier or the cooperating transport company.
- Orders placed after 12:30 PM are processed the next business day.
- Orders with prepayment, placed on Friday after 12:30 PM, are processed on Monday.
- Note: Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

2. Nationwide Delivery via Automated Pickup Lockers (Box Now)
The Box Now service allows you to pick up your package anytime from over 2,000 automated lockers near your home or workplace.
Costs and Terms
- Free delivery for orders worth €50 or more.
- For orders of lower value, the cost is €2.50.
- Maximum weight: 10 kg.
- Maximum dimensions: 60x45x36 cm.
Delivery Time
- Attica: The package is placed in the locker within 24 hours.
- Rest of mainland Greece: The next day.
- Crete: Within two days.

3. Delivery Outside Attica via Transport Companies
- Specify your preferred shipping method (transport company, courier, etc.).
- If you choose delivery via courier, you must:
- Confirm with customer service that your order is ready.
- Arrange with the courier of your choice for pickup.
Terms of Responsibility
- We deliver products:
- To the office or representative of your authorized transport company.
- The signature on the delivery receipt confirms the completion of the handover.
- Once the goods are handed over to the carrier:
- Our responsibility ends.
- The products are transported under your ownership and responsibility.
- In the event of a return or refusal of delivery due to your request and not our fault, all shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
General Terms
- In cases of force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters) or unavailability of products at the time of order:
- You will be informed promptly.
- Refunds will be processed within 21 days (excluding pre-ordered products).
- Product prices are not affected by shipping costs.
- If there is an error in the listed price of a product, we will contact you for clarification.
- F5P reserves the right to change product prices without affecting already placed orders.
Product Availability
- Immediately Available: Same-day delivery.
- Available within two days: Delivery after one business day.
- Unavailable: Coordination required for delivery time.
- Pre-Order: Available after pre-order and prepayment.
